Your new role

Ensure accurate and timely billing, optimising claim levels and turnaround.
Professionally address enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Handle appeals for assessments and incorrect decisions.
Provide effective billing advice to barristers.
Alert the Head of Revenue to potential challenges.
Identify areas for billing process enhancement.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute new ideas.
Assist Credit Controllers as needed.What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
Comfortable making telephone calls for fee collection.
Familiarity with case management systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment with patience.
Takes initiative and works well within a team.
Builds positive client relationships.
Legal aid experience is desirableWhat you'll get in return

A competitive salary of up to £40,000.
