Senior Associate

This global law firm boasting over 5,000 lawyers across more than 30 countries and are known for their quality legal advice and ability to service complex, multijurisdictional mandates and for its focus on client service. Clients include many members of the US Fortune 100, 50+ of the TSE 100, and over half of the Fortune 200.

The firm's established employee benefits/incentives team advise upon the tax aspects and practical implementation of employee incentive schemes across multiple jurisdictions. The team's lawyers advise on all aspects of share/cash-based employee incentives and regularly advises clients ranging from FTSE100 to AIM listed companies on a broad range of incentives projects.

They advise on the implementation of LTIPs, tax-advantaged arrangements, SAYE Schemes, restricted stock awards, cash bonus plans and numerous bespoke arrangements. They also advise on any issues relating to employee incentives generally, in takeover/MBO situations and on IPO. Clients include both domestic and international listed companies, AIM companies, private companies, private equity houses and trust companies.

The team are now seeking an experienced senior associate to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Employee Incentives gained from a top-tier City or international law firm and will be adept at both advisory and transactional matters.
