Join an exciting and dynamic team as a Legal Contracts Advisor with our client's Global Supply and Trading Organisation! As part of their global Contracts group, you will play a crucial role in supporting contract requirements for their supply and trading business. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in contract administration and make an impact in a fast-moving commercial environment.

Pay £195 per day, start ASAP, this is a temp to perm position, the position will likely be temporary for 6 months, this is a hybrid working role, you will be required in the office Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday would be working at home, hours Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week, location of the office is Canary Wharf.


Generate contracts and review, understand, and draught responses to contracts received from customers for the purchase of crude and products cargoes.
Incorporate trade economics, complex physical delivery clauses, and legal terms into contracts.
Liaise with Traders/Trading Analysts to resolve trade discrepancies on a daily basis.
Administer all contract work from initiation through to completion.
Review and recommend amendments to customers' General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) as necessary.
Collaborate closely with various departments such as Trading, Operations, Finance, Legal, Credit, and Tax.
Work in a fast-paced environment, aligning priorities and workload with business needs and expectations.Requirements:

Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Understanding of INCOTERMS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive with a can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Customer-focused with solid planning and organisational skills.
