A Top 60 firm are seeking a Office Assistant to join their London office, on a permanent, full time basis.

The Opportunity
The successful Office Assistant will provide a professional and pleasant experience for all clients and staff members. Duties to include:

Ensuring that all meeting rooms are properly set up and catered for
Ensuring all kitchens and meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and organised including replenishing kitchen supplies daily
Supplying breakfasts and lunches
Overseeing the drinks machines regularly to ensure they are stocked and operating correctly along with reporting any faults
Assisting with internal evening functions and marketing events
Covering reception desk duties
Undertaking a variety of other general ad hoc duties and errands as requiredThis Office Assistant position is a full, office based role, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

The Requirements

Previous experience within a similar role within a professional services organisation
Health & Safety experience/qualification (desirable)
