A legal firm based in the heart of London is seeking an Office Manager to join the team to promote the smooth running of daily operations!
Your new role

Carry out inductions for new starters in the office.
Supervising the office team to ensure service levels are maintained.
Monitor attendance in the office and track sickness, performance and raise any issues.
Identify any improvements and roll out in the business.
Checking over invoices for processing.
First point of contact for fee earner requests.
Process any new deeds / files and send them to storage.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Digitise and scan paperwork.
Ordering from couriers when required.
Conducting floor walks of the office.
Reporting any issues that arise in the office. What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a Legal firm.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week – shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility may be required on occasion.What you'll get in return
