Based in the heart of east London this law firm specialises in social justice, they take great pride in combining diligent leadership with experience and dedicated staff. They are currently seeking a 'Private Client Solicitors (Contentious Probate Matters) to join their currently team.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution.

* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on inheritance disputes, contested wills, and estate

administration issues.

* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

* Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.

* Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen case

arguments.

* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.

* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all aspects of case

management.

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specialising in contentious probate matters in

the UK.

* Solid understanding of UK laws and procedures related to probate, inheritance, and estate disputes.

* Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex contentious probate cases.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

* Adaptable and flexible approach to handling diverse caseloads and challenging situations.

* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service

 

£35000 – £50000/annumAnnum
