Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid – One day per week in Surrey office.

Salary: £55,000 + Package

Working for an established software company this role will provide 2nd line support for Azure cloud infrastructure across IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS services. Manage technologies including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Containers, Data Factory, Table Storage, Cost Management, and Log Analytics Workspace. Serve as an escalation point for Azure-related incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and resolve Azure-related requests from CSP clients and resellers.

·Maintain communication with clients throughout the ticket lifecycle.

·Prioritize and manage unresolved Azure tickets, coordinating with third parties.

·Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

·Contribute to the internal Knowledgebase.

·Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

·Guide team members on Azure services.

·Provide rotational out-of-hours support.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:


·GCSEs (A-C in Math and English)

·Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

·Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

·Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

·3+ years in Technical Support with Microsoft Cloud services

·Proficient in Azure Management Portal

·Knowledge of Azure services and client advisory

·Troubleshooting Azure services

·Conditional Access and MFA deployments

·Subscriptions, Azure RBAC, and IAM roles

·Active Directory management


·Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101)

·Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)

·LAN/WAN technologies

·Microsoft Partner Centre experience


£55000 – £60000/annumAnnum
